New Cardmember 25K Status
New cardmembers will automatically receive Aeroplan 25K Status for the remainder of the calendar year, plus the following calendar year.

No Foreign Transaction Fees
Pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card on purchases made outside the United States.
500 Monthly Bonus Points
The primary cardmember will earn 500 bonus points for each $2,000 spent each calendar month on up to $6,000 in purchases (for a possible total of 1,500 bonus points each calendar month).
Maintain Aeroplan 25K Status
Keep your Aeroplan 25K Status with $15,000 in account spend during a calendar year.
Global Entry or TSA Pre✓ Fee Credit
Get up to $100 as a statement credit every 4 years as reimbursement for the application fee for either program when charged to your Card.
Check your first bag for free
Cardmembers and travel companions (up to eight) traveling on the same reservation will get a free first checked bags (up to 50lb) when travel originates on an Air Canada.
10% bonus on Ultimate Rewards Points Transfer
Chase Aeroplan cardmembers get an extra 10% bonus from Aeroplan with every Ultimate Rewards transfer of 50,000 points or more from a Chase Ultimate Rewards card.
Preferred Pricing On Rewards Tickets
Primary cardmembers receive preferred pricing on flight rewards so hopefully at times you can often book flight rewards for fewer points.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
If you purchase a portion of your trip with your card, you may be able to take advantage of the Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance benefit if necessary. Read more here.
