Chase has an interesting offer with its  Freedom Unlimited Card.  There is no sign up bonus offer.  Instead, you have the ability to earn an unlimited 3% cash back on every purchase each month for your first year.  If you have a heavy year of credit card spending coming up and think you will be offered a nice credit line, you may want to consider this offer.

If we look at the numbers, the standard offer with the Unlimited card is to Earn $150 cash back or 15,000 Ultimate Rewards Points after you make $500 in purchases in your first 3 months from account opening and you earn 1.5% back on all purchases thereafter.  So you would be giving up these 15,000 points to earn an extra 1.5% back for 12 months.  That calculates to be $10,000 in spend.  So if you think that you will spend at least $10,000 on this card over the next 12 months, this offer works out better for you.

Even though there is no sign-up bonus offer, you still earn a $25 cash back BONUS or 2,500 Ultimate Rewards points when you add your first authorized user and make your first purchase within this same 3-month period as above. The card has NO ANNUAL FEE.
