Chase Ink Business Preferred-This card covers phones up to the value of $600, up to 3 claims per year. Note, there is $100 deductible per claim.  Covered items are damage to the cell phone that impacts its functionality and theft of your cell phone or the cell phone of an eligible employee.

Citi ThankYou Prestige Card-When you charge your monthly cellular telephone bill to your card you can be covered  up to $1,000 per claim, and $1,500 per 12 month period. Each claim is subject to a $50 deductible. In case of theft, a police report must be filed within 48 hours of the theft.

Chase IHG Rewards Premier Credit Card-You can get up to $800 per claim and $1,000 per year in cell phone protection against covered theft or damage for phones listed on your monthly cell phone bill when you pay it with your card. Maximum of 2 claims in a 12 month period with a $50 deductible per claim.

Wells Fargo Propel American Express Card-When you pay your monthly cell phone bill with your card, you’ll get up to $600 of protection (subject to $25 deductible) against covered damage or theft.

Uber Visa Card-You receive up to $600 in supplemental insurance coverage against theft of, damage to or involuntary and accidental parting of your cell phone not otherwise covered by another insurance policy when you make your total monthly cell phone bill payment with your Uber Credit Card.  This card is currently not available to new card members.
