American Express Plum Card is a Charge Card
With a charge card, there are no interest charges because if you pay your balance in full each month. The nice thing about this card is you have 60 days to pay versus the standard 30. I wouldn’t use this card to go over 60 days and pay interest as interest payments are not advised by me. The points game does not work well, if you are carrying a balance and accruing interest. There are no additional cardholder fees.
1.5% Early Pay Discount and 60 Days To Pay
Get unlimited 1.5% cash back ON THE AMOUNT PAID, when you pay at least your Minimum Payment Due by your Payment Due Date and if you can’t pay the whole balance early, you can take up to 60 days to pay without interest when you pay the Minimum Due by the Payment Due date.
No Foreign Transaction Fees
Pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card on purchases made outside the United States.

Purchase Protection
Purchase Protection protects eligible purchases made with the Card in the event they are accidentally damaged or stolen for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Extended Warranty
When you use your card for eligible purchases, you can get up to one extra year added to the original manufacturer’s warranty. Applies to warranties of 5 years or less. Some exclusions apply.
Return Protection
If you try to return an eligible item within 90 days from the date of purchase and the merchant won’t take it back, American Express may refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping and handling), up to $300 per item, up to a maximum of $1,000 per calendar year per Card account, if you purchased it entirely with your eligible American Express Card.
