Rob and I are off to Colorado Springs. We have a 3 night stay planned at the Broadmoor and then we are off to do a three day hike to the summit of Pikes Peak. Gulp!
As often as I fly, I have an unreasonable fear of flying and will not get on a plane with Rob without our kids. So I find myself alone at Laguardia while Rob is at JFK waiting for his flight to Denver. I bet I am more comfortable. 🙂

So I am sitting alone with my free wifi, enjoying my morning coffee by a window watching the planes take off. Soon I will meander up to the buffet and get some free breakfast. (Continental). It is very quiet and peaceful. We usually never have enough time to enjoy the lounges. This trip I have plenty of time as Rob needed to drop me off very early to make his flight. So glad that I can spend this time here!
