If you have a Capital One card in the Venture family, Spark family or the Cash Back family, you can now use your Capital One rewards to pay for eligible purchases when you check out with PayPal.
For cash-back cardholders, $1 in cash rewards will get you $1 in redemption value.
For people with miles-earning cards will need 125 miles for $1 in redemption value. I hate a less than 1:1 redemption rate so I would pass on this if you don’t need to use your rewards on purchases.
