I often put Rob in charge of wiring our credit card payments. He recently messed one up that was supposed to be paid to our American Express Starwood Preferred Guest Card. He had to call Amex and fix the problem. When he mentioned to the phone rep (a male) that his wife “was mad at him”, the phone rep awarded him with a bonus of 1,500 SPG points. Rob, we should have you mess up more often!!!
