New Offers On The Chase Southwest Personal Cards-Can You Say Companion Pass?

The usual sign-up offers for the Chase Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Premier CardChase Southwest Rapid Rewards Plus Card and the Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Card is to earn 50,000 Rapid Rewards BONUS POINTS.  

Now, through 2/28/25 you can earn Companion Pass that is valid through 2/28/2025 plus 30,000 points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.

The Companion Pass allows you to designate someone to fly with you on Southwest Airlines flights EVERY TIME that you purchase a ticket whether purchasing a ticket with dollars or points.  You first book and purchase your flight in cash or points through Southwest Airlines and then book the Companion’s flight.  Both you and your Companion must be booked on the same flights and dates.

The points that you earn with the card are Southwest Rapid Rewards points, which you can use for free travel.

Don’t forget, with the cards, you earn extra points per $1 spent on airline tickets and with Rapid Rewards Hotel and Car Rental Partners. Chase recently added even more categories that get bonus points like local transit and commuting, including rideshare services and internet, cable, phone services, and select streaming. You get 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases made with your cards.

Also you receive 7,500 points after your cardmember anniversary with the Priority card, 6,000 points after your cardmember anniversary with the Premier card and 3,000 points after your cardmember anniversary with the Plus card.  With the Premier and Priority cards, there are no foreign transaction fees.

With the Premier and Priority cards you can spend your way to A-List status as you receive 1,500 TQPs for every $10,000 in purchases on your card and there is NO LIMIT to the amount of TQPs you can earn.
