JetBlue Giving Free Airfare To US Military Vets Visiting Nat’l WWII Museum

Heading to New Orleans?

You can book a ride on the National WWII Museum’s PT-305 boat (patrol-torpedo boat).  This boat, powered by airplane engines, is the only fully restored and operational PT boat that saw combat during WWII.  It is available for 45-minute tours on Lake Pontchartrain through the Museum.  It runs on Saturdays and Sundays only.  A ticket for the ride comes with a hefty price tag of $350 per person and $305 for seniors and children and and $175 for active duty military in uniform.

However, JetBlue and the National WWII Museum are teaming up to sweeten the deal!

Through April 7, 2018, The National WWII Museum in partnership with JetBlue is offering all U.S. Military veterans and their companions (12 and up) complimentary roundtrip airfare from Fort Lauderdale, New York City (JFK), and Boston to New Orleans plus complimentary admission to The National WWII Museum in New Orleans — when purchasing a ride aboard the PT-305 boat.

And in addition – As a special thank you to all WWII veterans, the JetBlue RT airfare, Museum admission and passage aboard PT-305 are offered for free.

To book the complimentary airfare, call the Museum’s Travel Department at 877-813-3329, extension 257 or email [email protected] and reference the PT-305 promotion.
