A transfer bonus from Chase Ultimate Rewards to British Airways Avios?? Isn’t this something we usually see with American Express Membership Rewards points??

Currently, there is a limited time offer: Get 30% Bonus Avios when you transfer your Chase Ultimate Rewards points through 11:59 PM ET on June 16, 2019. Bonus Avios will be awarded by British Airways in your British Airways Executive Club account when your transfer is complete.
I have never seen a bonus on a transfer of Chase points. I hope this is the beginning of many to come!
