A KrisFlyer membership account that has no recorded activity for a consecutive period of 39 months or more from the date of the last recorded activity may be closed without prior notice.
A KrisFlyer membership account with no recorded activity for a consecutive period of 18 months or more from the date of commencement of membership may also be closed.
