October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. American Airlines has a program called Donate to Miles for the Cure. If you make a cash donation American will reward your generosity with double AAdvantage miles — 20 miles per dollar, with a minimum of $25 donation. This offer is valid through Oct. 31.
