After the success I had with my British Airways Visa, I could not resist another great offer back in late 2013 for another 100,000 British Airways Executive Club Avios points. So this time, I had Rob apply for the British Airways Visa Signature card. (As a current card member, I was not eligible for the offer)

50,000 bonus Avios after $2,000 in purchases within the first 3 months of account opening.
25,000 bonus Avios after $10,000 in purchases within the first year of account opening.
Plus an additional 25,000 bonus Avios after you make an additional $10,000 in purchases also within the first year of account opening.
I had Rob use this card for much of his office expenses over the next 6 months (instead of the other credit cards he usually uses), and he is now sitting with about 126,000 Avios points in his British Airways Executive Club Avios account. (He got the extra 26,000 when he used the card and earned 1.25 Avios points for every dollar spent on the card). Not sure what we will do with these points yet, but I will be sure to write about it when we do!
The 100,000 bonus Avios point offer reappears a lot and hopefully will come back soon.
