Earn Points on Spending

1. Earn 4 points per $1 on Southwest airline tickets

2. Earn 3 points per $1 you spend on Rapid Rewards hotel and car rental partner purchases

3. Earn 2 points per $1 you spend on local transit and commuting, including rideshare services

4.  Earn 2 points per $1 spent on social media and search engine advertising, and on Internet, cable, and phone services.

3.  Earn 1 point per $1 spent on all other purchases.

No Foreign Transaction Fees

Pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card on purchases made outside the United States.

Global Entry or TSA Pre✓ Fee Credit

Get a Global Entry or TSA Pre✓ of up to $100 every 4 years as reimbursement for the application fee charged to your Card

Four Upgraded Boardings per year when available

Each anniversary year you will be reimbursed for the purchase of up to 4 Upgraded Boardings which are positions A1-A15. Upgraded Boardings may be purchased at the departure gate or ticket counter on the day of travel only, when available.

Earn A-List Tier Qualifying Points Thru Spending

You receive 1,500 TQPs towards A-List Status for every $10,000 in purchases on your card. There is NO LIMIT to the amount of TQPs you can earn.

Earn 10,000 Companion Pass Qualifying Points

Members with an open Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Card on the first business day of each calendar year will earn one boost of 10,000 Companion Pass qualifying points each calendar year. The boost will be deposited into eligible Member’s account by January 31st of the calendar year.

If you open a card after the first business day of the calendar year, you will receive one boost of 10,000 Companion Pass qualifying points up to 30 days after opening the card.

Note, you will only get one boost of 10,000 Companion Pass qualifying points each calendar year no matter how many Rapid Rewards Credit Cards you have.

Inflight WiFi Credits on Southwest Airlines Flights

You will receive Inflight WiFi Credits in the form of credit card statement credits for purchases of WiFi access made on WiFi-enabled Southwest aircraft with your card. Inflight WiFi Credits are limited to a total of 365 $8 credits per year for all WiFi transactions on the overall business card account.

$500 Fee Credit For Points Transfers

When you use your card to transfer points to another Rapid Rewards Member, fees associated with the transfer will be reimbursed – up to $500 in statement credits per anniversary year.
