This offer is valid until May 31, 2017. The annual fee of $75 is not waived the first year. Again, the fee is worth the points.
With the Hilton card you earn 12x points per $1 spent at a hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio, 5X points per $1 spent at restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations located in the US and 3X points per $1 for all other eligible purchases on your Card You also receive complimentary Hilton Honors Gold status with the card.
