The British Airways Executive Club terms state…
“Except as otherwise provided by British Airways and communicated to the Member, points cannot be bequeathed, devised or otherwise transferred by operation of law.”
The fact that there is the “except as otherwise provided” leads me to believe there is some flexibility to transfer upon death.
