Rob Just Got The Chase Ink Business Unlimited With 50,000 UR Points

There are many times Rob uses his Chase Ink Business Preferred on business expenses, but they do not fit into a bonus earning category, so he earns just 1 Chase Ultimate Rewards point per $1. I hate when we just earn 1 reward per dollar, so I had Rob apply for the Chase Ink Business Unlimited Card.  With this card, he will now earn at least 1.5 points per $1 on all of those other business expenses that don’t fit into the Preferred card’s 3x bonus earning categories.

Note that Rob can track his Cash Back Rewards that he earns with this card as points in the Chase Ultimate Rewards program instead of cash back. This is because he also has a Chase Ink Business Preferred (he also could have had a Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Sapphire Reserve and that would have allowed him to track his earnings as UR points).

Each penny in Cash Back Rewards earned is equal to 1 point. Like Rob, if you have the “higher” card, your points can be redeemed for CASH BACK at 1 cent per point OR any of the other redemption opportunities provided through Chase Ultimate Rewards.  So since he has the Ink Business Preferred, he can combine (move) his points from his Unlimited bucket into his Preferred bucket.  The points in the Preferred bucket can be REDEEMED at 1.25 cents per point instead of just 1 cent per point.

The current offer for the card is $500 Bonus Cash Back (or 50,000 points as described above) after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months after account opening-APPLY FOR THE CARD HERE.   There is no Annual Fee. You EARN 1.5% CASH BACK on every purchase made for your business
