My American Express Airline Cards
American Express Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card–Rob and I got these cards when the offer was increased to 60,000 SkyMiles
American Express Platinum Delta SkyMiles Cards–Rob and I each got them with a 60,000 SkyMile bonus offer for Italy flights and then we canceled the cards when the annual fee became due. Fast forward to 2020 with the debut of the new version of Delta cards and another application for Rob.
American Express Gold Delta Skymiles Card– I canceled when the annual fee became due
American Express JetBlue Card–Canceled when Amex notified me they were transferring my account to Barclays
My Chase Airline Cards
Chase British Airways Visa Signature Card– I scored 100,000 British Airways avios back in 2011 when I got this card, Rob had this card too (he had it too long for me to remember the details ) but I just downgraded it when the annual fee became due. I also downgraded my card as well.
Chase Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Premier Card– canceled-read why
My Chase United MileagePlus Explorer Visa–canceled-read why and then I got again! and then I canceled again
Rob’s Chase United MileagePlus Explorer Visa–Rob got a 50,000 bonus mile offer when he got this card in 2015 and he has since downgraded to a no-fee card
My Barclays Bank Airline Credit Cards
Hawaiian Airlines World Elite MasterCard–canceled and credit line moved to a new Barclays Arrival MasterCard
AAdvantage Aviator Red World Elite MasterCard–I got it with a 60,000 bonus mile offer, and then later downgraded it to a no fee version. Then Barclays canceled it on me, oops.
AAdvantage Aviator Business Mastercard–I got it with a 60,000 bonus mile offer. I later canceled the card.
JetBlue Plus MasterCard–Rob and I got it with a 60,000 bonus point. When the annual fee became due, I canceled my card for lack of use. Rob, however, got a downgrade option. Then, I messed up with his downgraded card and Barclays canceled it. Update 2020-I went for it again in with an unprecedented 100,000 point bonus and once I got the bonus, I had Rob get the card too.
JetBlue Business Mastercard–And we went for the business versions too with 100K offers…..
My Citi American Airlines AAdvantage Cards
Citi/AAdvantage Gold MasterCard–I had this card for as long as I can remember
Citi/AAdvantage Platinum Select World Elite MasterCard–canceled-read why and 29 months later, I got it again….and one year later……I downgraded it to the Citi American Airlines AAdvantage MileUp Credit Card
CitiBusiness/AAdvantage Platinum Select World MasterCard-Mine was Downgraded to a CitiBusiness ThankYou card, with Rob’s Citi canceled it on their own for lack of activity. Come 2019, I just got it again with a 70,000 bonus mile offer.
Citi American Airlines AAdvantage MileUp Credit Card-this was a downgrade from my Platinum Select card above
My Bank Of America Airline Cards
Bank Of America Virgin Atlantic World Elite MasterCard–I got 90,000 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles (now called Virgin Points) when I got this card back in 2014 and then in 2019, BOA let me switch this card to the NO FEE Travel Rewards card
