The usual sign-up offer for the American Express Starwood Preferred Guest Business Card is 25,000 Starwood Preferred Guest Points (Starpoints) after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months of account opening. There is a $0 introductory annual fee for the card the first year, then $95.
Don’t forget, with the card, you earn 2 points per $1 spent at Starwood Resorts and 1 point for every dollar you spend on all your other purchases and there are no foreign transaction fees with the card.
I already have this card, but I couldn’t pass up this offer so I had Rob apply. After all, even with the reassurance from Marriott and Starwood, who really knows how much longer applications will be accepted for this card. Rob got approved and now I will need to be creative to spend the $7K. Rest assured, I will do it. The 35,000 SPG points is just too hard to pass up.
