1. Visit a Hilton Resort and spend $
Hilton Honors members earn ten base points for every dollar spent on your room rate and other eligible room charges, including telephone calls and room service at Hilton properties. (Members can earn points on up to four rooms).
Hilton Honors elite members earn bonus points on base points per $1 as follows: Silver 20% point bonus, Gold 80% point bonus, Diamond 100% point bonus

3. Transfer points from your American Express Membership Rewards account
If you are a member of American Express Membership Rewards you can transfer your Membership Rewards points, in 1,000-point increments, to your Hilton Honors account. At the time of this post, 1000 American Express Membership Rewards points equal 2000 Hilton Honors points, a ratio much greater than 1:1—Nice!
4. Transfer points from your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Account and from your Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles Account
Virgin Atlantic Flying Club-Flying Club members are able to exchange points at the following rate: 2 Virgin Points will get you 3 Hilton Honors points.
Hawaiian Airlines Hawaiian Miles-Starting at 10,000 miles, and in 10,000 miles increments, you can transfer your HawaiianMiles to your Hilton Honors account at a rate of 1 HawaiianMile equals 1.5 Hilton Honors points. (or same rate as above of 2 : 3)
5. Earn Points With Milestone Bonuses
Hilton Honors members will earn 10,000 Bonus Points on every tenth night, once members reach at least 40 nights in a calendar year. It’s not a limited time offer, no registration is required and there is no cap- the more members stay at Hilton, the more Points they earn. On top of that, for Diamond members, there is an additional bonus at 60 nights in one year – a 30,000 Bonus Points reward.
6. Earn Points Riding With Lyft
Lyft riders earn 3 Hilton Honors points per $1 on rides.
7. Shop At the Honors Shop-to-Earn Mall
The Honors Shop-to-Earn mall, is the shopping portal for Hilton Honors members. You earn Honors points when shopping through the portal.
8. Dine at Participating Restaurants As A Member of the Hilton Honors Dining Club
As a member of the Hilton Honors Dining program, you can earn up to eight Honors Bonus Points for every USD $1 spent at over 11,000 restaurants nationwide.
