The International Airline Program is a benefit I have never used, but it is something to remember, especially if you are planning a European getaway. Anytime you purchase an INTERNATIONAL First, Business or Premium Economy Class ticket with your American Express Platinum card or Business Platinum card, on participating airlines (many to choose from-I put London in as an example) through American Express Travel, you have access to lower fares for you and up to 7 of your travel companions when you book through the International Airline Program.
Note, if you book on the phone, a non-refundable American Express service fee of $39 (per ticket) applies to each ticket purchased (not during covid). The phone numbers are as follows…

Lastly, know that you can still use Membership Rewards Pay with Points for all or part of your fares with the International Airline Program.
