The terms state that “Aeroplan Miles are personal to the member and cannot be willed or otherwise transferred (other than with the consent of Aeroplan and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions)”. The terms then go on to say
“Notwithstanding any of the above, Aeroplan may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, allow members to transfer miles after death”.
So there is definitely subjectivity here and hopefully Aeroplan allows the transfers.
