I just took advantage of an offer that Rob had access to through his American Express Business Gold Rewards Card. For 10,000 Membership Rewards points, all that he merely needed to do was enroll his card in an extended payment option plan (that is have the ability to not pay in full but rather over time with interest). And like I said, he just needed to enroll the card. He certainly does not need to use this expended payment option. After all, why would he? We know that paying your bills on time is a key component to playing the points/miles game. Avoid paying interest at all costs!
