To qualify for this Free Night Award, you must be the primary cardmember and your card account must be open and not in default at the time the award is issued. It can take up to 10 weeks after your cardmember anniversary each year for your Free Night Award to be issued to you. This Free Night Award is good for one (1) night in any available standard room within 12 months from issuance at any Hyatt hotel or resorts designated as Category 1 through 4 under the World of Hyatt program. Chase IHG Rewards Premier Credit Card and the Chase IHG Rewards Premier Business Credit Card and the Chase IHG Rewards Club Select Credit Card (latter not offered online thru Chase anymore)-Receive 1 free night at any IHG hotel every year after your cardmember anniversary. Sadly, as of May 1, 2018, this free night is only redeemable at properties up to 40,000 IHG Rewards points. BUT, as of March, 2022, you have the ability to add on points from your Rewards account to redeem your Anniversary Free Night at hotels above the 40,000 point redemption level. The Anniversary Free Night must be redeemed, and stay must be completed, within 12 months from date of issue. The Anniversary Free Night is valid for one standard room night rate and applicable taxes only. You will receive the the award in your IHG Rewards Club account.
