American Express Starwood Preferred Guest Business Card is a Credit Card

Card Rewards

Sign-up Bonus

Earn 75,000 Bonus Points after you use your new Card to make $3,000 in purchases within the first 3 months of Card Membership. Before you apply, make sure your ability to get the sign-up bonus is not limited by American Express lifetime language or the 5 card rule or the other factors language.

Annual Fee

$0 Introductory Annual Fee the first year, then $95

Earn Points on Spending

1. Earn 6 Points per $1 spent at Marriott Resorts (including Ritz Carlton Resorts) and SPG Resorts

2. Earn 4 Points at U.S. restaurants, at U.S. gas stations, on wireless telephone services purchased directly from U.S. service providers and on U.S. purchases for shipping

3. Earn 2 Points on all other eligible purchases

No Foreign Transaction Fees

Pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card on purchases made outside the United States.

Free Night Award

Receive 1 Free Night Award every year after your Card account anniversary. Award can be used for one night (redemption level at or under 35,000 points) at a participating hotel.

Marriott/SPG Elite Status

Receive complimentary Silver Elite status with your Card. Plus, earn Gold Elite status after spending $30,000 or more in eligible purchases on your Card in a calendar year. Note: effective January 1, 2019, the spend threshold will increase to $35,000. Also, coming in 2019, you will receive 15 elite night credits toward your next Elite membership level but if you have another Marriott/SPG card with this benefit, you will receive only 15 nights with just one of the cards.

Purchase Protection

Purchase Protection protects eligible purchases made with the Card in the event they are accidentally damaged or stolen for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
