Great news! Through December 31, 2016, you can get double rewards per $1 spent when you use your ENROLLED Amex Card at qualifying small businesses on the Shop Small Map on up to $100,000 in purchases on regular Amex cards and up to $250,000 in purchases on business Amex cards.
To see if you have a card that qualifies for the offer and to enroll that card, click here. My American Express Everyday Preferred card was eligible for the the promotion and I enrolled that card. If you have more than one eligible Card, you must separately enroll each card.
Depending on which eligible cards you have, here are a few examples of the double rewards you can earn at qualifying small businesses.
Blue Cash Cards-Earn an additional 1% cash back (so 2%) per $1 of purchases using an enrolled Blue Cash Everyday Card or Blue Cash Preferred Card.
Delta SkyMiles Cards-Earn one additional SkyMile (so 2 SkyMiles) per $1 of purchases using an enrolled Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Card or Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Card.
HHonors Cards: Earn three additional Hilton HHonors Bonus Points (so 6 points) per $1 of purchases using an enrolled Hilton HHonors Card or Hilton HHonors Surpass Card.
Membership Rewards Cards– Earn one additional Membership Rewards Point (so 2 points) per $1 of purchases using for example the Platinum card, Premier Rewards Gold Card, Amex EveryDay Card, Amex EveryDay Preferred Card, Business Platinum Card, and the Business Gold Rewards Card.
Starwood Cards: Earn one additional Starpoint (so 2 Starpoints) per $1 of purchases using the Starwood Preferred Guest Card or Starwood Preferred Guest Business Card.
